There is usually no reason to keep the data around when a torrent is not 100% downloaded. They can just pause if that's what they want. In the extremely unlikely event (1 in a million uses?) they want to keep the incomplete data but outside of Deluge, they can disk grinding if the files are downloaded to the drive where they'll end up rather than being downloaded, then copied. Plus Time Machine backs up the internal which adds to the size and time of the backups. — Reply to this email directly or view it on GitHub < . < What is really missing is the move downloaded torrent and continue seeding, without copy or hardlinking. As series name and season number are available for Sonarr with adding a tv show, it could be done the way like this, and pass these to the download client (I think Deluge is the best choice here, it handles these things exceptionally good). deluge-copycompleted This plugin for Deluge copies downloaded files to another location. A Move To option is also included that avoids the network speed drop associated with using Move Storage in Deluge. It can only be configured via the web or gtk interface. It I’m trying to get an optimal set up to download in deluge, use deluge’s extractor plugin, and then have sonarr move the extracted file in place, but have deluge leave all the original files in place for seeding. Almost all of that is working perfectly except for two things. Sonarr will properly talk to Deluge to import files and track whether they are done. Drone Factory is the old import method. deluge downloads are set to move to this folder too when completed. There are some deluge downloads that complete, and move to this folder properly. I feel there are others that is partially downloaded, but the file is shown as complete, and moved to /data/complete/tv folder, which in turn is moved by drone factory to /media (being watched by Kodi). Hi, I am clueless I have installed deluge from containerstation, and pointed to /share/UPLOAD dir as my download dir. The downloads starting, en goes well. After i browsed to /share/UPLOADS by filezilla, the download is not there?? Where hides deluge my files?? Hi guys, This is both a post for a pain in the butt that I found in Deluge and my current workaround for it, so it's here if anyone needs it (it's not "solved", it's just how I work around it and hopefully someone can give me some help with the issue). So let's get to it: rename_files (torrent_id, filenames) Rename files in torrent_id. Since this is an asynchronous operation by libtorrent, watch for the TorrentFileRenamedEvent to know when the files have been renamed. Parameters torrent_id (string) – the torrent_id to rename files Deluge Deluge is a popular open source BitTorrent client. It works very well with Sonarr and Radarr. I've been using Deluge on my main computer for a couple of years now and felt right to keep using it. We will be using Deluge to download all our media, feel free so, i found out that in deluge it's a piece of cake to move torrent content between folders could be very comfortable when rearranging stuff at pc where i seed a lot of torrents from what.cd, waffles etc in utorrent it's a nightmare to move selected torrents between

Just yesterday I formatted my PC, and went from using Deluge in Ubuntu to uTorrent in Windows. I copied the downloaded files and the .torrent files onto an external hard drive (I used Google to find out where Deluge had stored So, the drive that I have my files seeding from is full. I purchased a 2nd drive and would like to move the files to it. In Deluge, I go to Move Storage and picked a few files to move. They copied correctly to the new HDD, however, when I right click on the files that are My System: Windows Home Server 2011 Deluge 1.3.11 (works great) Sonar 2.0.0.2850 CouchPotato 2.6.3 (works great) Issues I need advice/help with Downloads seem to be stuck at 100% (resolved) Will not create a hard link when the torrent is seeding or move Then, when you delete/move/whatever them, the original is unaffected. rtorrent has the Automove plugin, wherein you can have it automatically make a hardlink to downloaded files in your sync folder. You can achieve similar functionality with Deluge through the Hi markus101, It seems to be working now. The only change I made in Deluge is tick “Stop seeding when share ratio reaches 0.1.” I next ticked “Remove torrent when share ratio is reached.” It now reflects in Sonarr as downloaded, and post processing works Is this still being looked into? Rebooting a machine that has a failed mount point, will cause all of the seeding torrents to redownload to a new location. This can be very damaging to a user without an unlimited data plan (as well as damaging to a users ratio on private

I also in the end want to have deluge be a catching point for various torrents to get downloaded, For deluge TV torrents, I can get the files to /data-final/tv, but want something to monitor that folder to move into the correct folder for TV. I'll start another thread for For sorting reasons you may wish for your newly reloaded files to be saved to a different location. This is easy enough but must be done a single torrent at a time. In Sonarr, if I use Deluge, I have files starting to download at /downloads/temp, and after downloading, move it to /downloads, where my sabnzbds final destination folder is as well.
